- Our Logistics partners are DTDC/Indian Post.
- Once we get the confirmed order we shall send the material in 0-3 working days. If you want to delay the shipment plz email us to booking.navrang@gmail.com or whatsapp to 9886151518.
- We do international shipping also. For the shipping rates plz contact us with the detail to booking.navrang@gmail.com
Return Policy
- We take proper care in packing the material. In the extremely unlikely event of a product damage during transit please do let us know within 24hrs by emailing to booking.navrang@gmail.com with a photograph & detail of damaged product.
- Used merchandise cannot be returned.
- Before buying if you have any doubt regarding the product specification /color/size etc then plz clarify it, because we take back only the defective/damaged piece(damage occurred during transit).
- Please follow the Jewelry care instruction strictly. This will ensure the long life of the product.
